LLaborate Care+ is LLaborate’s premium support service offered on all solutions we install.
As part of our commitment and on-going value added service we offer an annual product support contract. Whilst your parts are covered by manufacturer’s warranty, The manufacturer will not decommission or recommission the repaired/replaced item.
In most cases the manufacturer will send a courier to collect or exchange the defective item requiring the end user to have the item de-installed and boxed up ready for collection. It is also the end users responsibility to reinstall the repaired or replaced unit.
We will take responsibility for handling all of the repair or replacement process helping you to significantly reduce equipment downtime and stress.
Once you have reported the fault to us, our team will handle the entire fault diagnosis, decommisioning of the faulty product and reinstallation of the replacement or repaired unit.
LLaborate Care+ must be purchased within 90 days of your product purchase and does not include network based or software support. Network support will be provided by your network administrator or IT support company. If you require a network support solution, please contact our team. Non-hardware based fault callouts will be charged at £120 +VAT. If you have altered the original installation of your product, LLaborate may limit the support given.
