All purchases from LLaborate come with 30 days of complimentary telephone technical support. We recognise that if something occurs within the first 30 days of our install then the responsibility lies with us, we will visit your site to determine the cause and make sure that you are completely informed of the issues at hand. Sometimes our visits will be subject to charge, but we will keep you updated on anything that might cost your establishment before we proceed.
Should you need to return or exchange your product, it will need to be returned to LLaborate. Onsite support can be provided but will be subject to a charge, but feel free to give us a call anyway and we can advise you on your next steps.
Beyond 30 days, customers will need to contact the product manufacturer for support or warranty issues. A list of manufacturer contact details can be found here.
Alternately you can submit a support ticket and a member of our technical team will arrange a call out and notify you of cost before anything charges take place.
Please note: DOA (Dead on arrival) products are handled by the LLaborate and the manufacturer.
